Manage and execute direct ship order fulfillment services including domestic and international shipments to big box retailers, distribution centers, and on-line direct customer fulfillment.
This position is a lead role in organizing, directing, and developing Vergent Products direct order fulfillment practice and services.

Safely test, calibrate, diagnose, and repair to component level any electronic and/or electro-mechanical products from written documentation (procedures, schematics, etc). Tasks and duties will vary according to the assignment and may include new production build, customer returns, warranty products or incoming assemblies.
Identifies root cause of failures and fix defective products. Report actual and potential quality issues for corrective/preventative action.
Manages time and resources to ensure on-time delivery of product at or below standard times without direct supervision.
Completes work according to relevant standards (IPC). Provide training and auditing of production personnel to ensure relevant standards are met.
Makes recommendations to improve quality, increase productivity, manufacturability, or reduce cost.
Trains and directs others to carry out established procedures.
Performs deep component level troubleshooting from theory of operation and schematics. Performs 2nd order root cause failure analysis.
